All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, a shipping label will be created and you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled or modified only if a shipping label has not yet been created. Once a label is generated, your order is considered processed and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
