All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Fragrance decants are carefully transferred into personal-use atomizers and cannot be returned or resold for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Our Commitment to You

Every fragrance decant sold by SplitzAroma is sourced directly from authentic, full-size bottles purchased from authorized retailers. We do not alter, dilute, or reformulate any fragrance. What you receive is the genuine product — simply in a smaller, more accessible size.

When We Will Issue a Refund

While we do not accept returns, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking
  • Your package was lost in transit or deemed undeliverable by the carrier

To be eligible, you must contact us at sales@splitzaroma.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or fragrance preference
  • Sensitivity or allergic reactions to a fragrance
  • Minor variations in scent due to batch differences (natural in all fragrances)
  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will cover the product cost only.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Questions or Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you believe this is in error, please reply to our decision email with any additional supporting information. We review all disputes fairly and aim to resolve them within 3 business days. You may also reach us at sales@splitzaroma.ca.
